All items offered on Merchcustom are made to order. This means that when you place your order, we will print/make that item individually for you, one by one, for the best quality!

Our top priority is providing the most excellent service with high quality customized products. At Merchcustom Store, we go the extra mile to get all orders fulfilled and successfully delivered as soon as possible since we completely understand that the order arriving on time for your special occasions is essential.

Standard production and delivery times

We work with a global team of manufacturers and shipping services to get your order from site to door.

Please keep in mind that your package’s Estimated Arrival = Production time + Shipping time. 

  • Production process includes the time for fulfilling orders based on your personalization, quality checking to ensure that every item reaches our customers in the best condition and finally packaging. Since all items are made to order, a certain amount of time is required for production before sending them out to you. 
  • Shipping time is calculated from the day your order leaves our door to your delivery address.

Production and Shipping time varies depending on what types of items you purchase and the delivery location.

  1. Once you buy, we’ll send you an order confirmation email, with some important details like order number, order summary, total cost, and chosen shipping address.
  2. Each item you order is custom made for you, meaning we don’t hold stock in a warehouse somewhere. Printing usually takes 1-3 business days (from February to Octoberand 3-5 business days (from November to January). We have a global network of 3rd party printers that are masters at their craft. The type of product you order and your shipping address affect where the product is made. Because of this, your order can sometimes come in different packages and arrive on different days.
  3. Your order is shipped to your door. Or your office. Or wherever. When it’s on the way, you should receive a shipping confirmation email. Shipping times vary depending on where it’s going and are automatically calculated at checkout.

FOR 2D PRODUCTS

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
  • Production Time: 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping Time: 5-10 business days.

Shipping Times and Methods
After production, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Shipping times vary depending on your location, and shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Shipping Destinations and Fees
We ship from Richmond, VA to destinations within the United States and internationally. Shipping fees specified in US Dollar (USD) will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step.
Shipping Fee: $4.9 (Standard Shipping)
Please note that for international shipments, you may be subject to additional taxes and duties imposed by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be reimbursed by Merchcustom Store.

We use UPS or USPS for all our shipments. Your order will be sent to the address you enter at checkout. All prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times, and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you choose for your shipment.

At Merchcustom Store, we strive to dispatch approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order they were received. We will provide a tracking link along with your shipment confirmation email so that you can track your package until it arrives at your doorstep.

Order tracking

Once shipped, you will receive email notifications and may log in to our website for real-time tracking. Note that some orders may be sent using multiple parcels. In these cases, you will receive multiple emails and tracking numbers.

Please allow 3-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

Incorrect/Insufficient shipping address

Please make sure all details, including the recipient’s name, are correct. If not:

  • The items will be returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by them. Merchcustom is not responsible for the unsuccessful delivery of your order due to the incorrect/insufficient shipping information.
  • For orders returned due to an incorrect address provided, we request a re-shipping fee to resend your order.
  • If you contact the carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
  • If you would like to change your address, please reach out to us within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, we cannot modify your delivery details. 
  • We might attempt to contact you to get your confirmation if there are problems with your shipping address like wrong city/state spelling or incorrect ZIP code. Kindly note that we cannot guarantee the on time delivery of your order in these scenarios.
